2. Description of the Service
trendvein is a YouTube Shorts channel research and analytics tool. The Service allows users to discover, analyze, filter, and bookmark YouTube channels based on publicly available performance data such as subscriber counts, average views, monthly views, upload frequency, and consistency metrics.
The Service retrieves data through the YouTube Data API v3. All data displayed within trendvein reflects publicly available information as provided by the YouTube API at the time of retrieval.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
trendvein uses YouTube API Services. By using trendvein, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Our use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

4. User Obligations
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
- Not use the Service to bulk-download, mirror, or redistribute YouTube content in violation of YouTube's policies
- Not use any data obtained through the Service for unauthorized purposes including advertising, surveillance, or profiling
- Not share your access credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
5. Data Accuracy and Availability
The data displayed by trendvein is sourced from the YouTube Data API and is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. YouTube may update or change the data available through their API at any time.
View counts, subscriber counts, and other metrics reflect the values returned by the YouTube API at the time of our most recent data retrieval and may differ from current values displayed on YouTube.
6. Intellectual Property
The trendvein application, including its design, interface, code, and documentation, is owned by trendvein and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
YouTube content (channel names, video titles, thumbnails, etc.) displayed within trendvein remains the intellectual property of the respective YouTube creators and/or YouTube LLC (a Google company). trendvein does not claim ownership of any YouTube content.
7. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Download, rip, or redistribute any YouTube video content
- Harass, stalk, or dox YouTube creators or any individuals
- Engage in any form of surveillance or unauthorized data collection
- Sell, license, or commercially redistribute any data obtained through the Service
- Create competing products or services that replicate the Service's core functionality using data obtained from trendvein
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
